Brain Research Society (BAD) (Turkey) Grants

To support research in Neurosciences, Brain Research Society (Turkey) has awarded grants within 3 categories since its etablishment in 1991 :

1. PROJECT SUPPORT

2. EDUCATION AND TRAVEL GRANTS

3. PUBLICATION PRIZES

These grants and prizes have been awarded in cooperation with the Turkish Scientific and Technical Research Council (TUBITAK) between 2002 and 2004.

The total amounts of grants for the last 5 years, which have been mainly sponsored by the pharmaceutical companies, are as follows:

    2002: 78.300.000.000 TL (~57.000 USD)
    2003: 46.000.000.000 TL (~27.500 USD)
    2004: 48.950 YTL (~36.500 USD)
    2005: 56.100 YTL (~41.500 USD)
    2006: 57.900 YTL (~43.500 USD)
